Building and Grounds Committee
Handles all upkeep and maintenance of the church building, parking lot and grounds. Gets estimates of needed repairs and purchases to bring to the Board for consideration. Inspects building and grounds on a regular basis.

 

Children’s Ministry Committee
S.O.A.R. – Serving, Obeying, Achieving, Righteous.
To provide nurture for all children between the ages of 4 – 14 years old who come into the care of Valley Church. To encourage their spiritual, educational, and relational development, and to train them in the way of the Christian discipleship.

 

Greeters
Arrive at church by 10 am to greet each person with a worship sheet and study guide. Introduces visitors to members and helps them feel welcome.

 

 

Mission Committee
To provide general oversight of promoting and coordinating all missions activities within the local congregation. Provide missions education, inspiration, and motivation.

 

 

Nursery Committee
To provide nurture for children between the ages of infant to 3 years old who come into the care of Valley Church. To encourage their spiritual and educational growth.

 

 

Prayer Committee
To encourage, promote and facilitate prayer in the congregation.

 

 

 

 

Youth Ministry Committee
IMPACT – Influencing My Peers As a Christian Teen
To provide and build young disciples for Christ by developing and implementing a comprehensive approach to youth ministry in the areas of group building, worship, discipleship, mission, and outreach while serving as a spiritual leader and role model.
